Abstract

|
The purpose of this case study was to investigate the effects on symbolic play ability level, play functioning and exploration level, increasing roles of mother as a prompter on the toddler with Autistic Feature after applying the symbolic-play enhancement program. The results are as follows: First, the symbolic-play Enhancement program turned out being effective in improving a autistic toddler¡¯s symbolic-play ability.Second, the symbolic-play Enhancement program turned out being effective in improving autistic toddler¡¯s play functioning and exploration level positive under a free-play situation.Third, the symbolic-play Enhancement program contained a father of mother traing turned out being helpful for positive change in interaction between a toddler and mother.
